No. CC/03/2025 for the recruitment of Field Engineer and Field Supervisor on a contract basis. Educational Qualification

For Field Supervisor (Electrical / Civil / Electronics & Communication):

• Full-time Diploma in relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks.

• 1 year post-qualification experience in relevant field.

• Note: Candidates with higher technical qualifications are not eligible for Supervisor posts.

Selection Process

• Written Test (Computer-Based Test) – Common for all regions.

• Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification and medical examination.

Salary / Pay Scale

• Field Engineer: Rs 30,000 + Allowances → Approx. ₹8.9 Lakh per annum

• Field Supervisor: Rs 23,000 + Allowances → Approx. ₹6.8 Lakh per annum

• Other benefits include EPF, gratuity, medical facilities, insurance, leave, and yearly increment at 3%.
